Subscribers

Overview

The Subscribers page allows a publisher to view and manage their subscribers.

Sorting the List

You can sort the list by Subscriber or Offering, ascending or descending, by clicking the blue arrows next to the categories:

The search field acts as a filter:

Editing a Subscriber

If you click on a subscriber, you can edit details:

• Expiration: The subscriber will not have access to the app after this date
• Revised Name: The name that will appear in the Report Library for this app folder
• Offering Revised Sort Order: A number that will sort the Report Library Folder in relation to other folders

Removing a Subscriber

You can also remove a subscriber from the app by clicking the garbage 🗑 icon.
